THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.39619 of 2015 ORDER:
The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents herein in not conducting proper investigation in Crime No. 136 of 2015 dated 01-07-2015 on the file of 3rd respondent herein as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the proper investigation according to law particularly under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, under the supervision of 2nd respondent and be pleased to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of the justice."
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home stated that the investigation in relation to the subject crime was completed and that a charge sheet was laid before the learned Assistant Sessions Judge and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishna District, at Machilipatnam. A copy of the charge sheet is also placed on record. Calendar Case number is stated to be awaited.
In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.
