THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8548 of 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "to issue writ of Mandamus to declare declaring the action of the Respondents in paying the Retirement benefits including Gratuity, Earned Leaves etc., to the petitioners as per pay scales of PRC 2003 as arbitrary, illegal, in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to pay the retirement benefits to the petitioners as per pay scales of PRC 2013."
Heard, Sri Subba Rao Korrapati, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare for respondent No.1 and Sri K. Indra Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.
When the matter is called, it is reported that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court in W.P.Nos.4139 and 28722 of 2010, dated 02-09-2011 and a copy of the same is also placed on record as material paper.
Following the above said common order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed, in terms thereof.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
