THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.6290 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 28.11.2016 in I.A.No.5222 of 2016 in O.S.No.163 of 2005 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, the party-in-person submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to urge the points raised in this revision before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the party-in-person to urge the points raised by him in this revision before the trial Court. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
