HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 7 6 5 6 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Nellore Rural Division, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that all the allegations are incorrect and baseless and are concocted for filing the present Writ Petition, as the 4th respondent neither called the writ petitioner to the Police Station nor demanding for vacating the subject house property nor threatening him with foisting false cases against him, as he has no knowledge about the issue pending between the writ petitioner herein and the 5th respondent herein, till receipt of the notice in this Writ Petition.

It is respectfully submitted that after receipt of notice in connection with this Writ Petition, the 4th respondent herein verified the Station records to know about the complaints filed in this regard if any. But till today, no complaint was filed by any of the parties. In such circumstances, the 4th respondent herein is no need to call for the writ petitioner, as alleged by him. Hence, the allegation of the writ petitioners herein is denied. Moreover, I have great respect on the Courts and its orders. I will obey the orders, if any, passed by this Hon'ble Court in connection with the present Writ Petition."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Nellore Rural, with a further direction to the

respondent-Police authorities not to meddle with the civil disputes, if any, pending between the petitioners and the 5th respondent unless the same is permissible in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.Sesh a Sai, J Date: 30.11.2018 smr
