In this writ petition, the limited grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid compensation with respect to the agricultural well while passing the Award.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that as a matter of fact, the compensation with respect to the agricultural well stands assessed along with other shortfalls as pointed out by the petitioner. He placed before this Court the letter, dated 27.12.2018, issued by respondent No.2-Special Deputy Commissioner, Land Acquisition, S.C.C.L., Godavari Khani, a perusal of which shows that respondent No.2 requested the Branch Manager, Andhra Bank, 8 Incline Colony, to adjust a sum of Rs.39,49,417/- towards land compensation to the two beneficiaries from account bearing No.116710100076523. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the payment of additional amount determined for the agricultural well and the dwelling unit, the same does not restrain this Court from closing the writ petition as the petitioner can always exercise his right in law to recover the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
