This Writ Petition is filed seeking relief under Article 226 of the Constitution of India since serious allegations are made by the respondents in the charge sheet.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "... to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in freezing Bank Accounts and stopping the data base entry server of the petitioner company to CTRLS Data Centre, Hyderabad, without any complaint from any quarter which is illegal, arbitrary, perverse and as being in violation of principles of natural justice and fair-play besides being violative of Article 14, 19 & 300-A of the Constitution of India as well as provisions of the Sections 3, 4(3), 6(4) and 7 of A.P. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999 and Rule 3 & 6 of A.P. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Rules and consequently direct the Respondents not to interfere with the business of day to day transactions of the Petitioner company except according to procedure established under the law, in the interest of justice."

Since, it is seen from the record that charge sheet is filed in pursuance of serious allegations made and investigation is also completed, this Court feels that no cause of action survives but if still the petitioner is facing the continuation of the cause of action as prayed for in the Writ Petition, the respondents shall intimate the petitioner by way of an order regarding freezing of accounts so that
the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
