A perusal of the impugned order of the learned Family Court Judge, Ananthapuramu, in awarding interim maintenance, pending disposal of M.C.No.45 of 2014, out of the claim of Rs.20,000/ - p.m., at Rs.10,000/ - p.m. in Crl.MP.No.186 of 2014 dated 05.10.2016 from his admitted salary of about Rs.51,000/ - p.m. as Head Master of an Elementary School, for the children are majors including through second wife, for this Court while sitting in revision, there is nothing to interfere. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed before admission. However, time of six months is granted to pay all the arrears besides regular maintenance at Rs.10,000/ - p.m. in six equal installments from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
