THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.2811 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 16.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.98 of 2016 in O.S.No.662 of 2013 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. 2.

As per the note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 10.08.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
