1 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, declaring the instructions issued by the 4th respondent in Rc.No.1259/2001 C (Coop.) Dated 26.02.2002 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and to set aside the same. 2 Sri N. Ramakrishna representing Sri Satya Prasad, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in view of issuance of G.O.Ms.No.308 Agriculture & Cooperation (COOP.VI) Department, dated 30.12.2006, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.

2 Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
