This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. A letter to that effect is addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
