The petitioner, who is accused No.5 in Crime No.86 of 2015 of Chitvel Police Station, Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 353, 307, 120(B), 379 read with Section 149 I.P.C., Section 20(i)(c)(ii)(iii) (vi), Section 29(iv)(a) of A.P.Forest Act, 1967, Rules 3 and 4 of Sander Wood Transit Act, 1969, Section 3 of PDPP Act, 1984, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that on 07-11-2015, on the instructions of Officer on Special Duty, the Inspector of Police, Railway Koduru, Sub-Inspector of Police Red Sanders Antismuggling Squad, S.I. of Police, Chitvel Police Station along with their staff, and Forest Officers reached Cherlopalli Bridge, Chitvel Mandal at about 12.30 PM and found two people coming on motorcycle followed by one lorry from Cherlopalli. When tried to stop the motorcycle and lorry, the people on motorcycle instructed their colleague to escape from the incident if necessary to kill them and attacked the police with stones however the police handled the situation and caught hold of two persons and others escaped into the forest. The name of the petitioner is found place in the First Information Report. There are serious allegations against the

petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 18th December, 2015 skmr
