HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.37533 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2018 for sending the proposal to the 1st respondent for regularization of the land to an extent of Ac.0.06 guntas, 33 sq.yards in Survey No.330/2, situated at Shakkarnagar Colony, Bodhan, Nizamabad District, which is in possession and enjoyment of the petitioner for the last 24 years and for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the said representation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2018, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
