Today, when the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Corporation Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy that in the event of there being any deviations found in respect of the subject property, the Respondent Corporation will issue appropriate notice and thereafter will proceed in accordance with law. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
