THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.4797 of 2015 ORDER:

The criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/husband under Section 482

Cr.P.C. to give a direction to the trial Magistrate to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2155 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.34 of 2011 on the file of the I-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petition, which is crucial to decide all the issues, was filed on 15-04-2015 and the learned Magistrate has not disposed of the same till today. Considering the nature of the application, I feel it appropriate to give direction to the learned Magistrate.

The Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned I-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Civil Court, Vijayawada, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2155 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
