Kale Ramaiah v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep.By Its Principal
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.30746 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard Sri M. Chalapathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and Sri MSR Chandra Murthy, learned special counsel for respondents 3 and 4.
2. The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant of G.Mekapadu Village, Kandukur Mandal of Prakasam District in the year 2006. On certain charges, an enquiry was conducted against the petitioner and he was removed from service. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no proper enquiry was conducted and absolutely there is no material on record justifying the removal of the petitioner. However, the petitioner filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent and the same is now pending. Since, the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, I am not inclined to go into the merits of the case.
3. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 03.08.2015, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to him, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of filing of the appeal. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
