THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1565 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 20.04.2016, passed in W.P.No.17771 of 2012.

By way of the above order this Court disposed of the Writ Petition, directing the first respondent therein to consider the representation, dated 06.03.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, and to pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

A counter-affidavit is filed by the respondent herein stating that the respondent received the certified copy of the above order of this Court, dated 20.04.2016, on 09.06.2016 and, as per the said order, the representation, dated 06.03.2016, of the petitioner, was considered and disposed of vide speaking order No.1/15(5)/2010-Vig./9716, dated 25.07.2016. In fact, a copy of the said order of rejection is also enclosed along with the counter.

In view of the speaking order passed by the respondent herein, in compliance of the order of this Court, the Contempt Case stands closed. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to assail the said order of rejection, dated 25.07.2016, passed by the respondent, if he is advised to do so.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
