When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is filed at the time of disengagement of the services of the petitioner, and this Court was pleased to grant interlocutory order, directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in service. He further contends that in pursuance of the said interlocutory order, the petitioner was reinstated into service, vide proceedings dated 04.10.2002. The Standing Counsel has also not disputed the same.
