THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16602 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not completing the investigation and in not filing the charge sheet in the Court of law pursuant to the crime No.152 of 2012 on the file of respondent No.4, as illegal and arbitrary."

When the matter is taken up, written instructions dated 01.08.2015 furnished by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, WCO-I Team, CCS, DD, Hyderabad, have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader, wherein it is stated that after completion of investigation, on 24.03.2015 the charge-sheet was filed before the Court of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, vide S.R.No.1273 of 2015, and the C.C. number is still awaited. In view of these developments, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ A.V.
