I.A.No.1 of 2025 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to correct the name of the Court in order dated 23.12.2025 in Crl.P.No.16920 of 2025.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight the name of Court in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as Hon'ble XV-Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ibrahimpatnam, the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the Court in para 6(i) of the order dated 23.12.2025 in Crl.P.No.16920 of 2025 is replaced with 'XVII-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Maheshwaram'.

Accordingly, this application is allowed. Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
