HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.5764 of 2002 ORDER:

Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed this writ petition seeking promotion and this Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 01.04.2002 to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion and in pursuance of the said interlocutory orders, the case of the petitioner was considered and he was promoted and the petitioner had attained the age of superannuation during the pendency of this writ petition. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary and the writ petition may be closed. This Court, having considered the said submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, is of the considered view that in view of interlocutory orders dated 01.04.2002, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
