Narra Ashok, S/O Narra Lachaiah , Laxmaiah v. The Superintendent Of Police
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.NO.12415 OF 2013
O R D E R
No representation for the petitioner. Heard the Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.
Petitioner complains that the 2nd respondent is calling him to Police Station at the instance of 3rd respondent and interfering with civil dispute. Hence the writ petition. The Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is accused in Crime No.139/2013 dated 7.4.2013 for the offences under Sections 427, 448, 504 and 506 of IPC. The petitioner was called to the Police Station for the purpose of investigating the crime registered against him. After investigation, 2nd respondent filed C.C.No.505/2013 and the case is pending trial before Additional District Magistrate, Sangareddy. He submits that except for investigating the crime, the 2nd respondent did not interfere in the civil dispute or summoned the petitioner as complained in the writ petition.
After taking note of subsequent developments in the matter, this court is of the view that by passage of time, petitioner is not coming forward to workout the writ prayer. By placing the statement of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on record, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. --------------------------------------------- S.V.BHATT,J DATE:25-04-2017 AVS
