THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13665 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 19.11.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1725 of 2015 in C.C.No.251 of 2014 on the file of the Court of IV Special Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District at Hasthinapuram.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court found the accused guilty, convicted and sentenced him. To that effect, he filed the certified copy of judgment in C.C.No.251 of 2014. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this matter. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
