- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.37758 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction on the part of the respondent No.1 in preventing the respondent No.3 from making illegal construction without obtaining permission from the Grampanchayat in the land to an extent of 50 Square yards situated in Sy.No.42/3 and Sy.No.39/2, Madhavi Nagar, Hydershakot Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as arbitrary, illegal and consequently, direct the respondent No.1 to prevent the 3rd respondent from making illegal construction in the land to an extent of 50 Square yards in Sy.Nos.42/3 and 39/2, Madhavi Nagar, Hydershakot Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the Gram Panchayat has stopped construction of the building. In view thereof, no orders are required.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it is always open to the petitioner to complain to the Gram Panchayat, if any illegal construction is taken up, without obtaining building permission. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
