O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the 7th respondent - Joint sub Registrar, in refusing to register the document bearing P.No.93/2016 dated 28.4.2016 executed by the petitioner in favouar of one Smt. Gudi Arunamma, the present writ petition has been filed.

The leaned counsel for the petitioner submitted that against the action of the 7th respondent in refusing to register the document, the petitioner has filed an appeal bearing No.44/2016 before the 5th respondent - The District Registrar and, therefore, seeks a direction for disposal of the appeal in certain time.

In view of the facts and circumstances and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent - District Registrar, to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
