K. Sangeetha v. The Station House Officer
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.37672 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with the following prayer:
"To issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the delay and inaction on the part of the respondent No 1 in registering the FIR in pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner on 08102018 even inspite of the contents of the complaint clearly disclose the commission of cognizable offences of fabricating the documents using the fabricated documents as genuine trespass mischief theft and criminal intimidation committed by the respondent Nos.4 and others as arbitrary illegal and contrary to Sec 154 Cr P C and consequently direct the respondent No 1 to register the FIR based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 08102018 against respondent Nos.4 and others for commission of the offences of fabricating the documents using the fabricated documents as genuine trespass mischief theft and criminal intimidation in terms of Sec 154 Cr P C and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law in the interest of justice".
Today, when the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that Crime No.866 of 2018 has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
