There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a Writ or Order or direction more particular one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the unwarranted interference of the Respondent No. 3 to the construction of the Petitioner without considering absolute title under R O R Act proceedings No. B/ 4061/ 87 dt 23/ 04/ 1988 HMDA Proceedings vide Lr. No.10943/ HUDA11988 dt.21/ 11/ 1988 Building permission vide No.
G/ 49/ BP/ WZ/ 379/ 2008 dt. 23/ 06/ 2008 issued GHMC docket proceedings dt. 20/ 06/ 2013 in I.A. No. 2748/ 2012 in 0.S. No. 1195/ 2012 on the file of Ist Addl. District & Session Judge, Ranga Reddy District as unjust, illegal, arbitrary." During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 placed on record the written instructions dated 04.11.2013 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad. The same is made part of the record. A perusal of the said written instructions would reveal that the respondents-police have not interfered with the civil disputes particularly, the construction activities of the petitioner and they never insisted him to settle the disputes with one Ch.Venkat Reddy and others. It is also mentioned that as on the date of issuance of instructions, no case was registered against the petitioner by the respondents-police.
Having regard to the said instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. No costs.
