HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6813 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the proceedings in CC.No.12 of 2011 on the file of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ibrahimpatnam, registered for the offences under Section 498-A IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 21.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that after filing of charge sheet, C.C.No.12 of 2011 was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 30.10.2015 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC.No.12 of 2011 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
