THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25112 OF 2012 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not relieving the petitioner to his parent unit in accordance to the direction of the 2nd respondent vide order dated 16.07.2012, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction on 14.08.2012, which reads as follows; "In the meanwhile, the petitioner is free to make a representation to the respondents with regard to his grievance in being retained in Ranga Reddy District. In the event such a representation is made, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon, duly communicating the same to the petitioner by way of a reasoned order. This exercise shall be completed within two weeks from the date of receipt of the petitioner's representation."

The aforesaid interim order appears to be complied with and the petitioner did not express any grievance in pursuance of the aforesaid interim order. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order granted by this Court on 14.08.2012. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
