Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. Since the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy under the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition leaving it open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the concerned civil Court.
