Today, when the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Corporation Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy that the Respondent Corporation will withdraw the impugned notice dated 6.10.2018 and a detailed notice will be issued. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition stands allowed by setting aside the impugned notice dated 6.10.2018, keeping it open to the Respondent Corporation to issue a fresh/detailed notice. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
