The petitioner prays for declaration that the action of respondents 2 and 3 in calling the Secretary of petitioner Society to police station and further directing the Secretary to handover documents, as illegal and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Cr.No.87 of 2013 was registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC by 2nd respondent and summoning to Police Station, if at all, was as part of investigation. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
