When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home), on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner on 04-10-2018, the police have registered the Crime No.381 of 2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 507, 290 IPC & Section 3 (1) (10) of SC & ST (POA) Act on the file of Sub-Inspector of Police, Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
