THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.12023 of 2015 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not initiating the action against the Managing Committee of the fifth respondent Society under Section 32(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take steps on the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.03.2015, 26.03.2015 and 27.03.2015 for cessation of the Managing Committee and to conduct General Body Meeting of the fifth respondent Society to elect new committee.

Heard and perused the records.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that though he has made representations thrice, i.e., 25.03.2015, 26.03.2015 and 27.03.2015, the respondents 1 to 4 have not taken any action basing on the representations of the petitioner, for cessation of the Managing Committee of the fifth respondent.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the representations of the petitioner, dated 25.03.2015, 26.03.2015 and 27.03.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of.
