THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3780 OF 2016 O R D E R :

It is stated by the counsel for petitioner as well as Sri Ch.Srinivas, Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4 that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.30.12.2015 in W.P.No.39448 of 2015.

2. Therefore for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed; the impugned order is set aside; the 4th respondent is directed to issue licence to the petitioner for trading Subabul, Eucalyptus and Casurina subject to the petitioner paying requisite fee and complying with all other conditions, which the 4th respondent may stipulate as per the provisions of the A.P. (Agricultural Produce & Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
