THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2962 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the transport authorities are not permitting her to ply her Tavera vehicle bearing registration No.KA-53-4543 by maintaining a white board.

Sri Venkata Raghu Mannepalli, learned counsel for the petitioner, would state that this permission is being denied on the ground that the tax has not been paid by the petitioner. This aspect of the matter has not even been adverted to in the writ petition, but it is now stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is willing to pay the tax that is due and payable for plying the vehicle in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
