Heard.

The grievance in this writ petition is similar to one in W.P.No.39252/15, which was already considered and disposed of by this Court on 03-12-2015. Aggrieved by the valuation and quantification of the regularization fee, the petitioner has already filed an application before the 2nd respondent in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30-12-2014. The petitioner also requested the said authority by way of reminder, dated 11-01-2016. The petitioner states that so far the said grievance of the petitioner remains has not yet been considered by the 2nd respondent. He submits that the extended date is already notified as 29-02-2016 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.3, dated 04-01-2016. In the circumstances, it is appropriate that the petitioner's grievance is considered by the 2nd respondent at the earliest.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner, as referred to above, and take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably by 20-02-2016. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.
