All these Writ Petitions are being disposed of by this common order, as they relate to appointment on compassionate grounds to the kin of the deceased persons, who died in extremist violence. The details of the cases are as follows:

The orders of

rejection were set aside and the matter was remanded to the second respondent for consideration of the cases.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue raised in the above Writ Petitions is also covered by the orders in W.P.No.21492 of 2012 and batch dated 16.11.2017 and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. In view of the same, these Writ Petitions are also allowed by setting aside the impugned orders and the matters are remanded to the second respondent for consideration of the cases of the petitioners for appointment within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with the Government Orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.469, General Administration (SC.A) Department, dated 08.11.1996 and G.O.Ms.No.504, General Administration (SC.A) Department, dated 11.08.2008. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
