HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No. 5907 of 2002 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in non-fixation of pay scale 240-10-370 from the date of 22.11.1975 and consequential benefits including 2 years arrears of salary. A perusal of the proceeding sheet shows that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on several occasions and the matter went several adjournments. Even when the matter is posted on 03.09.2015 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today also, though the matter is posted 'for dismissal' none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting his case.

In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 01.10.2015.
