HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42999 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the official respondents not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner in connection with the unregistered crime purported to have been lodged by the 4th respondent. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is the grievance of the petitioner that the 4th respondent is alleged to have lodged a complaint against one Shankar and others, who are residents of Vinay Nagar, Saidabad, Hyderabad, for the offence of cheating and in that context, the official respondents are calling the petitioner at the instigation of the above said persons and threatening him to arrest though he has no acquaintance with the aforesaid persons. 4.
Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, the official respondents are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner on the basis of the complaint alleged to have lodged by the 4th respondent. However, if any case is registered against the petitioner on the complaint of the 4th respondent, the official respondents are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioner, and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned as and when required and he is also directed to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer concerned, as surety for his future appearance as and when required.
