This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, assailing the judgment and decree dated 10.4.2015 passed in OP No.71 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial. 2.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat, vide Award dated 08.9.2018.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A., is disposed of, in terms of the Award dated 08.9.2018. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
