The petitioners prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2015 for construction of house in 285 square yards of plot in Survey No.1016 of Karimnagar Municipality, Karimnagar Mandal, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The grievance is one of inaction. The case of petitioner is that the petitioner's plot is available for construction of house and is not intended for any notified purpose. Admittedly, the representation dated 24.02.2015 was made to the 2nd respondent. There is no reason why the same ought not to be considered and disposed of expeditiously. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
