THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30428 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in taking appropriate action on the representation dated 10.09.2015 for giving suitable direction to the respondents 4 to 6 to allow the petitioners to participate in fishing operations.

Though the learned counsel for petitioners is absent, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioners were allowed to participate in fishing operations and they completed the fishing operations also.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
