THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37507 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation Sri N.Ashok Kumar that when the concerned Engineer was getting the road laid, the petitioner took an objection stating that the subject land belongs to him. Regarding the said objection, a letter was addressed to Tahsildar to conduct a survey and demarcate the subject property and after receiving the report, further action will be taken. He further submits that it is open for the petitioner to submit the documents in support of his title and same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
