THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7659 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the State of Andhra Pradesh.

The authorization of the petitioner was suspended by an order, dated 18.02.2015, by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmavaram, Anantapur District - the 3rd respondent, on certain irregularities allegedly committed by him.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner submitted proper explanation for the show cause notice mainly stating that as the essential commodities were not supplied to his Fair Price Shop, he could not distribute the same to certain Cardholders relating to WAP and without taking into consideration the said fact, the order of suspension was passed illegally.

Since the impugned order is passed pending enquiry, I am not inclined to go into the merits of the matter. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmavaram, Anantapur District is, however, directed to complete the enquiry within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass final orders.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be

no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
