Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondent No.1, learned Government pleader for Revenue for respondent No.2 and Sri G. Elisha, learned counsel for respondent No.3. 2.

This writ petition is filed seeking declaration that the action of 3rd respondent in not disposing of the application of the petitioner for grant of permission for construction of room in R.S.No.178/1B of Pentapadu village and mandal, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court passed interim order on 17.10.2014 to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 14.08.2014 within a period of two weeks from that date.

In the counter affidavit filed by the District Panchayat Officer, Eluru, West Godavari District, it is stated that the 3rd respondent has issued plan approval on 30.10.2014 for construction of shed, as per the interim direction of the Court. 5.

Since the construction permission is already granted, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
