THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6485 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the accused No.2 & 3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.NO.168 of 2014 pending on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to file a discharge application raising all the points now raised before this Court and the trial Court is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. Meanwhile, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for their appearance. The petitioners are directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates. The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of.
