Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the second respondent, after investigating into the Crime No.33/2018, filed a final report before the Court of the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad on 01.06.2018, vide S.R.No.3569/2018, stating that the matter is civil in nature.

In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy open under law, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
