THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO M.A.C.M.A. No. 568 OF 2015 J U D G M E N T: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been preferred against the decree passed in O.P. No. 76 of 2010 on the file of the XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts at Secunderabad. The said O.P. was filed seeking compensation for a motor accident that was caused.

When the parties have expressed their desire to have the matter settled through the mechanism of the Lok Adalat, the Appeal was referred to the Lok Adalat. Accordingly, the Lok Adalat passed its Award on 03.02.2016 recording resolution of the disputes amongst the parties.

It is therefore, appropriate to hold that the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands disposed of in terms of and in accordance with the Award passed by the Lok Adalat on 03.02.2016. Consequently, the interim order dated 02.06.2015 passed by this Court in M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No. 1707 of 2015 shall stand automatically dissolved.
