THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.11120 of 2015 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in F.I.R.No.533 of 2015, registered against the petitioners/accused under Sections 447, 427, 188 of Indian Penal Code on the file of Madhapur Police Station. 2.

T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is present. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and respondent No.2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed letter dated 19.12.2022 of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Madhapur Police Station, to show that the matter has already been settled before the Lok-Adalat on 11.12.2016. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above submission, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
