HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5991 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A.2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.51 of 2015 of Bollarum Police S ta tio n , Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 381, 408, 420 and 506 read with 34 IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 1st respondent-State represented by the Public Prosecutor.

3. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that police recently filed final report.

4. Having regard to the above, this criminal petition is closed. The remedy is left open to the petitioner to impugn the final report with cognizance taken by the Magistrate from the prosecution material within one month from today. In the meantime, the learned Magistrate shall not issue any warrant. If any summons or warrant issued already, by virtue of this order the learned Magistrate on petition of the accused No.2 herein shall recall the same and obtain bonds for future due appearance under Section 88 Cr.P.C.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
